Te Ātiawa Manuwhenua Ki Te Tau Ihu Trust Annual Plan 2009-2010

Key aspects of the Annual Plan for 2009 – 2010 include building upon the Trust’s work from 2008 to 2009. These aspects include:

  • A concerted effort to continue to update our iwi register and set in place sound processes and systems for the management of the database. This will enable iwi members to participate in key decision making for the Trust and receive information of importance to our iwi.
  • The completion of the Trust’s Environmental Management Plan.
  • Further development and implementation of the Trust’s Communications Strategy.
  • Ratification of the Trust’s Post Settlement Governance Entity.
  • Ratification of the Settlement Offer.
  • Review and development of the Trust’s strategic plan, including the development of an investment strategy that provides for the effective management of iwi assets.
